By accessing and using VQMoney ("the Service"), provided by VisionQuest Services LLC ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VQMoney is a web-based expense tracking and reporting application designed for business and personal financial management. The Service includes features such as expense logging, categorization, report generation, CSV import/export, QuickBooks integration, and recurring expense management.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. The Company is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Upload malicious code or content

5. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. The Company does not claim ownership over your expense data, reports, or other content. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

6. Service Availability

The Company strives to maintain high availability of the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Termination

The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
